Typically our rooms fill quickly. The local universities and colleges begin the fall semester towards the last week of August and our students begin arriving in early to mid August for orientations, etc. Some of our students stay for extended periods of time, some will stay for a few months and some will stay for as little as one (1) week prior to moving to on-campus student housing.
We recommend making your reservation early, (60-90 days is the usual) and a deposit to hold your reservation is also recommended. Deposits should be received at least 45 days prior to your arrival. A standard deposit is usually your first month's rent; however, we only require a $100 deposit to hold your room until your arrival. For stays less than one month, a $50.00 deposit per week, per person is our standard. Deposits will be returned if cancellation is made at least 30 days prior to your arrival date. A last minute cancellation would leave us with an empty room.
Your reservation deposit will be applied to your first month's rent.
Deposits will be returned within 30 days of your cancellation date.
Deposits - due upon arrival
- Cleaning Deposit $50.00 (returned within 30 days of departure, if bedroom and bathroom are left clean)
EXTRAS
- Airport pickup ~ $100.00
- Airport drop off ~ $75.00
- TV - local available channels ONLY ~ $15.00 per month
- TV - cable (200+ channels) ~ $75.00 installation, plus $15.00 per month. TV Remote Deposit-$30.00 (returned within 30 days of departure, if remote is returned AND in working order)
- Laundry - 1st weekly load is included, each additional load $10.00
